

Ingredients:
2 lb carrots washed, scrubbed, cut in 3-inch sections
1 stick butter
4 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Ground Pepper
⅓ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
¼ cup Parsley Flakes

Cooking Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 425.
2. Grease a baking sheet or line with foil.
3. Place prepared carrots in a large mixing bowl; set aside.
4. Melt butter in the microwave
5. Once melted, add minced garlic, Italian Seasoning, Salt, and Pepper to the melted butter and whisk until thoroughly combined.
6. Pour the butter mixture over the carrots and toss to coat.
7. Add grated parmesan cheese and mix until combined.
8. Transfer carrots to the prepared baking sheet.
9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until tender. Mix halfway through cooking.
10. Remove from the oven.
11. Taste for seasoning and adjust as needed.
