¾ cup milk (heated 30 seconds in microwave
¼ cup water
3 tablespoons melted butter
3 cups AP flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1 ¼ teaspoons salt
2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
Ingredients for Cinnamon Filling:
¾ cup packed brown sugar

1 stick of softened butter
Ingredients for Cream cheese frosting:
4 oz. cream cheese softened
½ stick of butter softened
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Add the above ingredients to your bread machine according to your machine instructions. Mine is always wet ingredients first, dry after with yeast being last.
2. Set your machine to Dough or Leaven Dough. My machine will do the kneading, resting and rising in 1 hour 24 minutes.
3. When the machine is done, roll dough to approx.. 18×12 inch rectangle.
4. Spread the softened butter all over the dough and cover with cinnamon/sugar mixture.
5. Starting on the long edge, roll the dough into a tight log.
6. Using unwaxed, unflavored floss cut the dough into 1.5 inch pieces.
7. Place in a greased (I use butter) 9×13 inch pan.
8. Cover and place in a warm place for 1 hour, until the dough is puffy and doubled in size.
9. Cover rolls with foil and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
10. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes and then cover with frosting. Eat and enjoy!
