Rev. Aaron Slack

Rev. Aaron M. Slack serves in multiple pivotal roles, functioning as marketing manager at Grace Community School, while also fulfilling senior pastoral duties at Nicene Covenant Church since April 2021.

As a leader in the school, he, along with his wife Amy and seven children, manages the Fort Myers location, overseeing its day-to-day operations, strategizing for the school’s growth, and ensuring a Christ-centered educational environment for the community.

His passion for education is evident in his commitment to enriching students’ lives and supporting faculty and staff. In marketing, he has been instrumental since 2013, handling all facets of marketing and social media, from content creation to analyzing the effectiveness of marketing strategies. At Nicene Covenant Church, he shares the responsibility of spiritual leadership, imparting the Word of God and guiding the church’s spiritual welfare. This multifaceted role showcases his dedication to both spiritual and educational leadership within the community.

In addition to his roles in education and ministry, Rev. Aaron M. Slack is the author of A Full Reward: Reformation Through Family-Run Christian Schools, a book that advocates for a profound integration of faith and education within family life. The work encapsulates his vision for a God-centered educational model, extending beyond traditional school settings into the realm of family and community, emphasizing a hands-on approach to both spiritual and practical learning.
