College Girls
by: Conrad Long
As discussed in the previous essay “The College Scam,” my general opinion of college is low. It promises career success, which it frequently fails to deliver, and instead often brings wasted years, debt, and marxist indoctrination. However, it must be admitted that there are some cases in which college is still useful.
It is hard to overstate how much that does not apply to girls. At its best, college offers professional networking, training, and advancement to head out into the wide world ready to conquer it. This is in itself a bad goal for a young woman. The feminist dream of taking over upper management in the corporate and government world is good for neither the woman nor the company. Exactly those ladder-climbing careers which college fits people for, are the ones women should never pursue.
However, this hard-charging, glass-ceiling-shattering, ever-more-“awokening” feminist leader of the next generation is not the usual product of sending girls to college. Everyone knows that “college girl” implies something quite different. Oh, they will come in contact with plenty of leftist propaganda, and perhaps imbibe some of it. But primarily, girls go to college to find boys. And boy, do they find them.
Not every girl who goes to college becomes sexually promiscuous. And not all of them become woke feminist board members. But for women, those are the things college is good for. Women of the next generation, I urge you: if you want to learn, read. If you want to help your family in their work, learn from them. Your father or your husband don’t need to see your credentials to trust you to help them in their work. And you don’t want to work for someone else. It’s not good, and it’s certainly not worth it.
